Located on the main square overlooking the valley this is a nice place. We got the room directly over the entry so had a tremendous view. Room was clean and there was a breakfast. Good service all around.

The position is wonderful for the small village. Breakfast in the dining room is very good. This is a very cute, boutique hotel, clean & well presented.

The staff are very helpful & friendly. Not a lot of English spoken in this village, so have some phrases ready.

Twelve years ago, my wife and I stayed in this hotel and found it comfortable and cozily "German". We speak German so communication was not a problem. We're traveling again to Bad Wimpfen and would like to stay again. Is there an email for the hotel so we can make arrangements directly with them? We loved the church bells.

Thank you, Mark and Katharina

Hotel is right in the middle of this small town - next to the church (so expect church bells every 15 mins, apart from night time... warning - they are loud and will wake you at 6am!). Hotel itself is clean, the lady that looked after us didnt speak much English but was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. There was no lift to help us with lugging our bags to the top level but thats not uncommon in the older buildings. The authenticity of the place more than made up for the hassle! The breakfast looked really good too although we didnt get to try it due to time shortage. Town itself is very cute - picture-perfet little German village.
