“DO NOT EVEN THINK OF GOING TO THIS HOTEL!!!! DISASTER!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 15, 2013

We arrived at 12.30am at the hotel for check in and when the receptionist was going to give us the key for the room, then we found out that we did not have a babycot in our room, which I had ordered when I made my booking through booking.com, later after we made it very clear that we would surely need a babycot cause we have a 16 month old baby and started arguing a little bit with the receptionist, he said that our room had been cancelled about 6 hours earlier, so we do not have a room and if we want to stay in the hotel we would have to book a room at that time and with the prices that were higher from those we had booked and still we would not have a babycot, the only option we had was to put our baby to sleep on a single bed. We asked to speak to the manager and the receptionist said that we can only speak to the manager the following morning. Also the receptionist was all the time talking about us to other people in French, which we don't understand. In the morning we were preparing to leave the hotel, but after arguing with the manager, he said that they have a babycot for us, so we decided to stay there, but they said that they would have to change the room since the first night they gave us a triple room not a double room + a babycot, like we had ordered. The second room was big but not clean, and in the 7 days we stayed in that room, the room was never ever cleaned, the maid only came in the room, just to make the bed and change the towels, although one day she left us without towels and toilet paper in the room and another day we put the towels on the floor to change them, as usual, she hanged them back, one on the bathroom door and the other on the towels rail, most of the days we did not find any hot water to have a bath and when we asked why we do not have hot water, one day they said that at certain times they turn off the hot water. Also the air condition in the rooms does not work and when we complained they told us that it has been broken more than one year broken, so without air condition. The soffit in the room is broken, the bath is very old, dirty and disgusting. There was also a lot of big spider webs in the room which means that the room was not cleaned for a long time at all. Also the electricity plugs in the corridors of the hotels were very dangerous since they had wires coming out, we also noticed dirt on the floor near the lifts and it stayed there for 3 days before somebody cleaned it. The shutter of the garage door does not work so you have to enter the garage from the exit. When we complained about all these they told us that don't want to spend more money on the hotel. After two days we were fed up of this mess and we tried to find another hotel in the nearby area but unfortunately they were all fully booked so we had to stay in this hotel, please don't waste your holiday here!!

We stayed for two nights. The hotel is a five minute walk away from the rail station and the journey to Disneyland Paris takes about the same time with trains leaving every 15 minutes or so, although we did not travel to Paris from here the journey by train would take just 30 minutes.
Clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Booked on the internet and were expecting a "quadruple" room, a room with a double bed and sofa bed as was described, we were given adjoining rooms, each spacious and with own T.V. and bathroom.
There is a twin hob in each room although no utensils or cookware etc.,we did not make use as we ate on the run, however I am sure if requested some would be provided.
Overall a good value hotel.

Room Tip: There is of course a lift(elevator) and the hotel is only three floors high so access is fine, any r...

Have just checked out after 2 hours - had booked two rooms -one with cot - that part didn't make it o hotel - on site staff offered us a bed / mattress for an 18 month year old. Tried bathing the baby - no hot water .... A hotel without hot water at 6 pm ??????????? Room was basic, didn't feel clean - bathroom tired. 2nd room tv didn't work - staff did fix - air con didn't work - wasn't working as a hotel for holiday too many problems so left, window wouldn't close - used chair to keep shut - no refund as the cot was a free service ..a non chain hotel is not always good for a holiday - staff were friendly and apologetic

I spent a week in this hotel during my business in Paris. The room is very big and quiet because it located in Paris's subburd so it's good for family or a small group. Generally the room is okay, but floor is old and dirty. You have free parking inside hotel. Metro station Bussy Saint Georges is close (5-7 min walking) and it takes 30 min to Paris center (9 EURO), and 10-15min to Disneyland . Restaurants (Italian, Asian, Vietnamese...), supermarkets, shops.. are close. Breakfast (10 EURO) is good but some receptionists are unfriendly.

There were several reasons for us to choose Villa Bellagio. First of all the price is way under the offers of hotels located in Paris. Bellagio has free undeground parking. There are Disneyland and Outlet La Vallee Village nearby. RAR station is 5-7 minutes walk away and it takes you 30 minutes to get to the center of Paris. In my opinion - excellent combination. Rooms [our cojoined rooms] are simply furnished but spacious with big balcony. There were electric stove, microwave, fridge. Interior is basic but clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We didn't took the breakfast option for 10 EURO per person but there are restaurants and Carrefour in close vicinity.

Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for 3 nights earlier this month. It was very easy to find from the station - I'd say a 5 minute walk away. From CDG airport it cost 14.50 euros (please be aware that the one day travel cards are great and allow you anywhere on the network. However, do not allow you access to CDG airport on the way back without having to pay extra). We arrived a couple of hours before the 3o'clock check in time but staff allowed us to leave our luggage in a locked luggage room so we could go and explore the local area hassle free. 20 metres from the train station is a Fab supermarket with everything you could possibly need during your stay. We checked in easily despite the staff's English being extremely basic (We didn't see the same member of staff twice whilst we were there which was a bit off putting) and were pleasantly surprised - the room was spacious and very clean but the fridge wasn't working and so we spoke to reception and got a room change with no hassle at all. however, the biggest surprise was at one 12.55am when we got woken by banging on the door and someone trying to let themselves into the room....on opening the door I discovered a french couple waving a piece of paper with their name and our room number on it - they had also been designated our room so had we not locked the door before we went to bed, would have had quite a shock when they'd have let themselves in! Also, for some unbeknown reason the room at night got boiling hot even though the heating was turned off completely. Didn't feel safe opening the windows as you can't open just one - the open together and are huge which is great during the day but obviously impractical at night. Its great having the fridge, sink and microwave as you can make up lunches and dinners as very little cost. However, if you did want to eat out, there are plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Room service at the hotel is 5.50 euros, plus whatever you order but the menu is very limited - around 5 choices of main meals. They have a safety deposit box but we decided against using it after the late night incident with the french couple - the keys are all blank and they get swiped and processed with a room number so its easy to make the same mistake again so we ended up carrying our money on us for the entire trip. Another problem was the water temperature - to have a shower we turned the hot tap on only and even then it was only mildly warm. I tried having a shower one night and could only get cold - not impressed. The free wifi was great though, and the beds very comfy - I like my pillows thin and usually have problems when staying in a hotel but these were perfect. As everyone has said, its very close to Disneyland (one day there is not enough to see it all!) And around half an hour to central Paris.

Room Tip: Ask for a front facing room as the first had a view of the hotel roof and walls and the second, love...

We stayed here from 23-26 March simply because we had the Sun newspaper deal of DISNEYLAND (£10 for a family!). The location is great for it, like everyone said here, only 2 trainstops away and less than half an hour to Paris. We had the spacious room to accommodate upto 5 people. The room is like a normal double bed room but with a little adjacent for the other double bed. So it is quite spacious. The room was clean and lite. Heating worked properly and it was cleaned daily. They have the outdoor pool but it was close perhaps only open in summer time. There is no activities for kids, just french speaking cartoon in the tv channel LOL
The room had a wardrobe, tv, chairs, microwave, a few plates and cups, even pot and pan. However the little cooker was not working, the receptionist said that they turned it off due to health and safety. Fair enough as we did not see any fire alarm or sprinkler in the room. Although to save money, we were planning to cook dinner as we were told by everyone that the food is expensive there.
Luckily there is a Carrefour next to the train station (5mins walk) and they had sandwiches or baguettes and even microwavable dinners for a reasonable price.
On the first nite we stayed the toilet couldn't flush, we reported to receptionist but because it was late, it was not fixed until the next day.
All and all a very pleasant stay at this hotel, we paid £235 for 3 nites for 5 of us (2 adults and 3kids). The hotel was booked through booking.com in end of January

Room Tip: We noticed some rooms have patios, next time we will request for that room
