This is what you expect a place with this name to look and feel like. It is modest, "simple comme bonjour" and very welcoming. Try the Chef's "Croque Monsieur" or even better; "Croque Madame" (the latter with a fried egg on top of the melted cheese). And if you really want to spoil yourself, ask for the "Croque Brabançonne" with 2 eggs (only for insiders).
The owner of the place is not only the Chef but he runs the place all by himself most of the time. Furthermore, John Cleese would envy this guy's theatrical qualities.
