Good service from 'quality' staff.

Well prepared room with outstanding view.

Ideal country setting with comfortable easy access to the town which is only a couple of minutes drive or 15 minute walk.

The outstanding 'Picardy' restaurant with service and menu to equal any in town.

We arrived for our 4 night stay at the Holiday Inn at Le Touquet tired and travel-weary. We checked in but were told our room wasn’t yet ready. We knew we were quite a lot earlier than the 4pm guaranteed check-in time, so we agreed to go into Le Touquet for an hour or so. We were told that the cleaning of our room was being given priority. Evidently not enough priority, for when we got back two hours later, our room still wasn’t ready. The reception staff were very pleasant and apologetic, but the fact that the previous guests had left the room dirty and had not left until 2pm quite honestly wasn’t our problem – it was their’s. Anyway, at this point, I wasn’t willing to ‘go to the bar for a drink’, and we took up residence in the hotel reception with our suitcases. Another 40 minutes and our room was ready, but it wasn’t a good start to our stay! Why couldn’t they have allocated us another room? I find it hard to believe there wasn’t anything available at the time we arrived. We are Priority Club members, but I have to say, we got no "priority" on check in.

This is a pleasant hotel in a quiet wooded location some 20 minutes walk and 5 minutes drive from Le Touquet. The room we were allocated was at the far end of the hotel, in an area used for business conferences. In fact, one evening a business dinner was held in the open area immediately outside our room. Not a problem in itself, just strange and a little embarrassing. Our room was large and clean, but in need of renovation. All in all, I would say not worth the premium price we paid.

Friendly staff, quite good facilities, and some decent-sized rooms (especially the mezzanines) make this a sensible choice for Le Touquet, which isn't blessed with a wide array of good hotels. The extra charge of 17 Euros per person (over 12) for breakfast is very steep and difficult to justify. But the pool is good and the location is handy for Le Touquet and Etaples.

Out third visit to the Hotel. Rooms are clean and confortable and pleasant helpful staff. Swimming pool a bit small and breakfasts/meals expensive. Overal, pleasant experience and perfect for a stroll into town or the beach.

While not the best hotel in terms of value for money, it was comfortable and we very much enjoyed our one night stay here. We stayed in the family Duplex room, with the second bed being on the split level, which our 5 year old loved and gave us all a bit of space. Although be aware the staires are quite steep and don't have a stair gate, so not ideal for very young children.

We took the room and breakfast package, which I would recommend as a cheaper option, as breakfast is normally 17 Euros per head . Although a large selection is offered .

The only other facilities we used were pool and Jacuzzi, which were great.
Staff were friendly and attentive.

The hotel is set in a quiet, safe, semi-residential area of Le Touquet, only 5 minutes drive to the beach or a 20 minute walk. The beach was sandy and very clean and there was an huge selection of reasonable priced resturants to choose from.

We had a great time and would recommend.
