“Good value”

Best value and position in Le Touquet, very busy though (obviously)
Try the English breakfast at 7 Euro with a cup of tea!

“Lively restaurant with good food if you choose wisely”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 27, 2011

We've stayed in Le Touquet four times in the last two years and this is one of our favourite restaurants. They do excellent crepes and extremely good omelettes and moules. I had a steak last time we went which was expensive and very chewy, so I would suggest sticking to the moules and other seafood, and crepes and omelettes which are always fantastic. The service is very quick and the waiters are extremely efficient, even if they are very busy. The tables are very close together, but that adds to the fun and atmosphere. All in all a reliable, reasonably good value restaurant for Le Touquet, with a great atmosphere.

“Same owner as l'Annexe but not half the quality they serve .”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 16, 2011

Fast , really fast service (same as l'Annexe by the way) . As an entree , grilled goatcheese was served on a burnt toast and some unseasoned salad . A vinaigrette was served in a bottle asside but looked like it was already eaten at least once ... Then followed a pig's trotter which was nice but with very fat fries and a green salad . The dessert was a piece of pastry and the wine was overpaid for the served quality . I paid 18.90 euro for the menu and 15,60 for the wine . My opinion ? Go to l'Annexe : same owner , same prices but much better food and service !!

“Enjoyable”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 2, 2011

We had a variety of dishes - steak/frites, seabass, cod, salmon, mussels - all were good. But, the best thing about the place was the service - the staff were very friendly and helpful - they were willing to speak in both French and English.

“Reasonable food but felt slightly unfriendly”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 10, 2011

We were impressed with the menu, but felt slightly intimidated and out of place. We ordered in French and did our best, but couldn't help feeling as if we would have been treated differently if we had been perfectly fluent.....
