Starting by a warm welcome from the owner of the restaurant (Named "Le Bouchon Gourmand" since a couple of months) i really enjoyed this restaurant.
First good indicator, you do not have hundreds of dishes available. This is the guaranty of real cooked food.
The meet was delicious, well cooked, and the home made mash potatoes were definitely fantastics.
The service is fast and efficient.
The price is reasonable and i would recommend without any restriction "Le Bouchon Gourmand".
The only minor remark would be to increase slightly the quantity (without impacting the price and/or the quality of coure ;-) . It is probably ok for most of the visitors, but for serious eaters, it can be a little too light.
