Testa Rossi is always very crowded at lunch time but you won't mind (as long as you have made reservations). The reason is that the interior decoration and the sort of invites people to be cheerful and (rather) loud. Even when only half filled (e.g. early in the evening) there is a pleasant and vibrant atmosphere.
As you would expect the kitchen is Italian(-ish). On the menu (which goes on for pages and pages) you won't just find Italian standards but also a number of Italy-inspired dishes. However I consider myself a bit of a puritan when it comes to Italian restaurants I have to say that whatever is brought to the table is good and tasty. Not super-refined, but it looks good, it tastes good and you will feel satisfied with your choice.
Service is friendly and efficient. Prices are moderate.
I wouldn't go there with clients but for lunching out with colleagues this is the place to go in Diegem.
