We were passing through on our way to Calais. I booked this from a rest area on the motorway, which was very easy to do via the IBIS booking line. Easy to find, but on an industrial area undergoing a lot of road works, so sort of hard to find our way back to the motorway the next morning.
We stayed on a Sunday night and the only food available was bar snacks at the non-budget IBIS, which is next door. It looks like the IBIS restaurant is open every day except Sunday. The bar snacks were expensive and truly awful. We did try a drive around the local area to see if we could find better food, but this is a 9-5 area, with lots of offices and good restaurants, none of which are open at weekends.
The IBIS budget was clean, fairly cheap (although advertising low prices and not mentioning that it also costs 10 Euros to park is a bit dishonest) and about what we expected. The breakfast was fairly good.
I tried to book the Campanile first, but they had no room and given the choice of the two, I'd definitely go for the Campanile. So three stars feels about right, not great but not bad either and if you're staying here on a Sunday, eat first.More
