I stayed at this Milles-Isles cottage for four nights in July with the wife and toddler. We were pleased with the design of the cottage, with multiple large windows in every room. There is even a screened terrace overlooking the lake, where we spent a lot of our time during rainy days. This is also the place where we ate most of our meals: eating outdoors without the bugs! A BBQ was available for cooking and was surprisingly cleaner than the one I have at home... The cottage is about a 20-25 minutes drive to Saint-Sauveur where there is a nice selection of restaurants.
On site, we could use a pedal boat, a canoe and a kayak. Fiddler lake is a nice place for such activities and also for swimming, since no motor boats are allowed.
If a modern cottage in the forest is your definition of camping, then this is a great site for you. The furniture is not as modern-looking as the cottage design, but we did enjoy playing a few notes on the old piano. The only nearby neighbor is the owner himself, and fortunately he is a nice guy!
