The Three Frogs is a nice 'local' with a small restaurant attached. It does not pretend to serve top class cuisine...what it does serve is good quality pub food. The menu changes frequently, there are always a good selection of choices on offer and you do not have to spend a fortune. My only criticism is that the food often contains cooked cheese...noticed because my husband is allergic to cooked cheese.
The service can be a little slow during busy periods but the waiting staff are delightful...always cheerful and anxious to please. The pub has a nice relaxed atmosphere so, if it is busy, I suggest you should take pleasure in taking your time.
I can also recommend the house wine - both red and white are a good tipple
