A fascinating walk from the Queens Pub up to Tardebigge, 29 locks in total and several small cottages. Took me about an hour and 40 to do the return back to the pub.

We love to walk from top to not bottom then back from bottom to top stopping off at the Queens Head for coffee. It’s a lovely clean safe walk for our dogs and daughter and gets the heart pumping if you put in a brisk step. It’s also great to watch the boaters navigate the locks and have a chat along the way.

Thank goodness i didn't have to do this twice.
Its rewarding when you get through it all.
Refreshments at the top and the bottom, but a fairly good walk between them.

Great place to walk the dog and to chat to boaters - no cafe but we took a picnic! Canal Trust members very informative. There also old lime kilns there which are being renovated.

Go here 3 days a week early morning. Great sunrise and sunset. Lots of wild life to see including Herons.
