“Lovely welcome and fair price.”
Reviewed September 7, 2013

We needed to book an emergency nights stay after returning from holiday to Gatwick and finding the M25 crossing closed.
The Days Inn was at the services we stopped at for a coffee and we decided it was a better option than waiting in our car for the Dartford crossing to reopen!
We got a lovely welcome at reception from Abdul and paid a fair price for a last minute room for 2 adults and a child.
Our room felt a little small with a double and single bed but it had everything we needed and was very clean and modern.
Air conditioning worked fine. TV channel selection was good.
Bathroom was clean, bright and modern.
Only downside was that the bed felt a little lumpy and dipped in the middle.
We had a friendly goodbye in the morning from the new receptionist.
Never thought of trying Days Inn before but would do so again if we needed a room for a short stay.

Ignore the comments about satnav - this is a new location and is only starting to appear now on the latest software updates. And the hotel do send you an email before you arrive, to advise you not to use satnav. Very, very simple vehicle access direct from the M25.

Great pit stop, the services area is above average with loads of facilities - all right next door to hotel.

Stayed in both the standard and executive (which can't be booked via Wyndham.com) rooms, and the upgrade is worth it

The only downside is the connection to the Wyndham hotel group. This is a franchise hotel and the usual member services are not exactly what a Wyndham rewards member usually expects. But then, early days for this new hotel and they may just resolve that.

after spending a few nights at a country house hotel (old) it was such a relief to come to a lovely modern room, plenty of sockets, sparkling clean, almost everything you could need. (my digital clock radio would not work there, and i like my own radio.) Very nice receptionist and all next to food court.

special mention to sound proofing, could not hear motorway or passers by, amazing!

Everything we expected, as part of a motorway services development the facilities for eating were good. Spent time in the bar which was very convenient. Very close to RHS Wisley. But keep left as you approach the roundabout or you'll never find it.

Very suitable for going further north and to have a break coming form Europe via ferry or tunnel. We enjoyed friendlyness of Abdul and Samantha who managed a room at th rear which was quite calm.
Breakfast at Eat In is terrible, better not to buy the offered vouchers. Starbucks is ok and close.
We will come back

We booked the family room on line with the criteria of two adults and two children aged below 12 years, When we arrived we booked in as normal and obtained the key to our room, we were then very surprised to find that there was the usual double bed but only one single bed and this didn't have any means of accommodating a second child. I went back to the reception to query this and was told "Yes, That is our family room". There is no mention on the web site that the "family" room can only sleep three people and there was no question/remark made at reception when we booked in. This meant the i incurred further cost of booking another double room so that we could all sleep comfortably.
Since I have returned I have checked your description of the family room and I can clearly read that it states, Double bed and a single bed. I suppose, I assumed the single bed would have a pull out bed. In my opinion you should state more clearly that the family room can only sleep three people.

Adrian Martin.

Me and my family stayed here for 1 night before a trip to chessington. Only bad thing to say was a bit tricky to find as I didn't read the instruction not to use the postcode on a sat nav as takes you no where near hotel. But easily found once we put in the hotel name instead :) Really nice friendly staff as we walked in really helpful and chatty. Room was spotless everything worked and couldn't hear a thing from the motorway. Less than 10 minute drive to Chessington world of adventure. Would def stay again highly recommend :)
