Very basic and inexperienced staff. Paid nearly 70 quid for 4 people sitting in dining. I actually seen the manager buying char grill chickens(£1 for 2) in Asda. Totally over inflated prices! I could whip up far superior in my home in ten minutes using Micro chips, bit of salad, couple of asda char grills as mentioned above and a big bag of microwaved Doritos with cheese on top! Stay clear of this place.

We came here back in December and were totally disappointed.
The service was awful mainly due to young inexperienced staff.
The food was dire. Totally amateur. You could do better at home.
One chicken dish ordered was raw and had to be sent back. The food here is basic stuff you can make at home and having been to Mexico 5 times would seriously question the menu!
Don't waste your money here!

Went to The Mexican for a birthday meal, was very much looking forward to trying a chimichanga. On arrival we were seated and drinks order took straight away and drinks soon came. The restaurant was quiet, only 3 other small tables. We ordered food 10 mins after drinks and then waited....and waited....and waited. It took 1 hr 30mins to serve our food!! It was a joke, the 1 chef in the kitchen had 1 speed (slow) although the food when it finally arrived was very nice, it just took far too long. The waiter/manager was the only other person working and he seemed friendly enough but clearly hadn't run a restaurant before. He gave us our plates then we waited 5 mins for cutlery to arrive.....we had to ask twice for some napkins. Overall, food was nice but due to the very long wait I couldn't go back....wouldn't have dreamt of ordering dessert, would have been there til midnight.

Went to the Mexican at corby with a group of friends. The atmosphere is great, we walked in and got showed to our seat straight away. Got given menus which the menus are brilliant and very appealing. The waitresses are very friendly and know exactly what they are doing. We all ordered a three course meal and it was amazing! Very Mexican style. All and all this is a great place to eat and I would highly recommend this!
