Our 8 year old had 10 friends for a skiing party. Didn't start well, reception ladies ignored us, and one was then somewhat rude. The "party planner" girl was called and eventually turned up and took us up to the boot and ski room - then promptly disappeared. No help from anyone with putting on ski boots - not easy with 7/8 year olds. We then waited outside for ages, until we decided to find out what was going on.... Ski 'instructor' found and the kids had a great time playing skiing games. There is a covered area with tables/seating for parents. When that was finished, we again had to search out Miss 'Party planner' who was hiding....she took us up to dining room. The burger/nuggets & chip were excellent. But again, Miss 'party planner' had disappeared and we had to dig her out of the kitchen to serve the ice cream. Overall, the kids had a great time, but the service was shockingly bad to non existent. Worst of all, the kids were asked to sign a disclaimer form!! Can 7/8 year old's really do that and know what they are doing? I think not. Service 0, skiing games 3, food 4, venue 2.
