I decided to treat myself to coffee and a cupcake on Tuesday 12/09/12. I found the staff pleasant, coffee made the way I like it but the cupcake was a disappointment. I don't think it was fresh that day and not worth the $2.95 I was charged

Brand new venue well done extensively renovated old Post Office plenty of nearby parking. Very attractive chocolatey coffee and caramel decor with nice lighting on attractive floating timber floor. Good ambiance with large windows spacious and airy feeling cosy inside on the night.. Possibly seating could be a little better. Small West/South facing rear deck open with plastic blinds, gas heating stands for cold weather. The deck will prove popular and too small for demand on lazy hazy days though outside front seating also available. Recommend making the concreted rear private parking area softer to the look from rear deck with a little landscaping.Pitty this area could not have been incorporated as a "coffee garden". Service appears ok, owner appears friendly and would be eager too please. Had cappuccinos, minnie confusion re order and cup sizes. However coffee was delicious and a genuine cappuccino said to be from worlds best beans.Disappointed though gelato on menu board not on printed menu and not available. Though gelato would have gone down well there are other sweets on menu that appear delicious.Did not eat other food as just had a meal elsewhere.
This place could become a local mecca as appears best of its type for miles around especially in the evening and according to owner a conjoined attraction is planned.Though there is about nine food places of varying types within doors away this venue would appear to be able to attract a higher number of patrons to the area possibly a little more up market niche. All in all a great addition to the area.Coffee prices seem about average.Personally I would have liked some very soft background mood music.

Hey all,

Just wanted to be the 1st to post about this new cafe that opened up today. Tried TripAdvisor.com but it's not listed there yet, and wanted to post on the day it opened,

Eddie Michaiel is the owner and he's the fellow in the black outfit on the left. (Sorry for such a bad photo Eddie. We'll do better tomorrow)

Colleen had English Breakfast tea and it was as lovely as the cute teapot it was in. and for desert had a vanilla slice & frozen yoghurt. Larry had a hot chocolate and for desert, a chocolate soufflé and frozen yoghurt. What we didn't remember to take a picture of was the turkey sub we shared. All this for $47.50 and we walked in just after 9pm. It couldn't have been more than 5 minutes later when we were served and the inside was almost full with close to 50 people.

All this was served by very enthusiastic young people who checked back multiple times to see if all was OK, cleared the table after each course and were very friendly and full of smiles.

So job well done Eddie (and his helper from the Revesby store, Taryn). May your business thrive.

Warmest regards,
Larry & Colleen
