We found this little place by chance when we were actually lost in the tiny back streets. What an amazing little place. Very popular with locals (always a good sign). We arrived just before 8pm and the restaurant was only 50% full, but by 8:30pm it became very busy, with a number of people waiting or trying to get in, so it makes sense to reserve a table in advance. The food was divine, we had lobster linguine and Sea Bass, both were cooked to perfection. The waiting staff were excellent and I could not fault this place.

We had seen the reviews and thought it was worthy of a try...
We arrived without a booking ( big mistake, please book, it would be a shame to miss out!) but after a 10 minute wait, with a glass of something in our hands and waited outside with other hopefuls, we were shown to our table.
Buzzy, friendly atmosphere, all different ages, busy, friendly staff and good food.
The tables are ‘turned’ regularly and the staff (including the kitchen) work hard and efficiently.
This must be a gold mine, as even when we left at 11pm they were still queuing to get a table!
Well done!

Great good, great Service. We had Calamari Carpaccio for starters, 3-types-of-seafood farfalle and tuna steak, medium-rare.

Best restaurant of real Italian cuisine outside of Italy! We went there two nights in a row (and we were in Malta for just two nights!).
I am not a big fish eater but I enjoyed so much every plate that we tried - linguine allo scoglio, linguine majoliche, calamari ripieni and grilled sword fish. The Italian gentlemen that runs the place and the staff in general are warm, chatty, efficient and hardworking. They make you feel at real ease and advise you on what is fresher that day - we did not have a wrong choice at all! The cannolo spezzato dessert and the mixed fried fish starter are to die for!!! Shout out to the friendly Scottish server as well, as an Italian couple living in Scotland for 5+ years, we really felt at home and eat gorgeously!

Came here because of the TripAdvisor reviews and they were not wrong. It's situated a little on the side streets so we didn't know what to expect, but the interior is bright and welcoming.

We came Friday night at 8 and they said they needed the table back by 9 so it was a quick bite for us.

We had the fettuccine with red shrimp and pesto and stuffed squid.

Both were served in good time (we did not feel rushed) and both dishes tasted divine. Would recommend, only wish we stayed another night to sample more of the menu's offerings.
