If you're fond of seafood and more "classic" fusion cuisine (as opposed to more daring mixes, like the one from Fishmarket of Copenhagen) this is one of the places to be in Malta. Had the fried calamari for an appetizer, some giant prawns with herbed rice for a main course (I haven't had prawns this good since Boston or Manila), and some gelato for dessert -- definitely good. Throw in a view of the Portomaso harbor and the tasteful outdoor dining deco: definitely an ambience to beat. Service was excellent.
