In our 11 night stay to Malta we chose to dine here twic so good was the food and service.
It is a small family run restaurant witha limited menu, changed frequently, which ensures freshness of the food. The chef Ivan is Gordan Ramsey trained and I think this shows in both the standard of the food and presentation.
We chose to dine inside on both occassions and the service we received both timeswas excellent. With Ivan popping out to talk to us.
We shared the Ribeye steak on the bone and it was wonderfully cooked and well worth the 55 Euros. The Lobster pasta starter and scallops were also excellent.
Nice back ground music as well.
