They make a very good fish (grouper) soup there. It is served with grilled small breads. Yet the small breads this time were too hard to eat. No idea if it was just our luck or it happens from time to time. But you can eat the soup with not grilled bread and just enjoy the taste.
We've tried their pasta too. Some we liked more, others less. Ricotta gnocchi was special. Very nice! Only it was not much. Well, for a lady it can be sufficient if it's combined with a starter, but for a man it might be too little.
Correct service, acceptable prices for food. They have 2 prices for pasta: as a starter and as the main dish. The last one costs more, but the quantity... could be a bit more, actually. As to the wine, there are some at reasonable prices, while others we found rather expensive (can cost up to 30-40 euro).
They make quite a show of serving the fresh fish dish! They bring the fish, covered with salt crust, on a roll-away table. They put it on fire. Then they extinguish the fire and break the crust and put fish on the plates. All in front of your eyes! We haven't tried it yet, so we cannot say if it tastes as good as it looks. May be we’ll try it next time.

The restaurant is nice, lovely and quiet atmosphere, not too bright.
it is owned by an Italian, which works in the kitchen.
We went during the week, so it was fine with no booking, but the place was pretty full.
We ordered fresh grilled fish (the choice is at the entrance) which the waiter suggested us, we were happy with it.
Good wine choice as grappa choice. There are at least 15 different Italian grappa!
The staff was really helpful and friendly.

We were only 3 nights in Malta, but to of them we went to Sciacca... Which was recommended by our Hotel... the food was delicious, the service was perfect and the atmosphere was great. the second time we felt even better, we were served by the maitre and he gave us the same treatment as more important people, which spend lots of more money!

The fresh fish was delicious, and was prepared on two different ways, even the vegetables were different the second time... it is all in the small little details.
We drunk excellent wine.
and the price/quality, was not to expensive, for such luxury food!
