An interesting menu - it was difficult to make a selection as there was much which was appealing. We had the olives for a starter and they were possibly the best home made green olives I have ever tasted. The white bean salad was also full of flavour. The ftira was amazing and the "dirty pasta" good to try. We liked the modern approach to traditional food....some of the other restaurants we have been to in Malta and Gozo have been quite old fashioned and heavy handed with cream and thickened sauces. Gululu is worth a visit.
