Description: The Bianco's Concept There is really one simple formula for success: Pick a concept, idea or project - one that you feel strongly about and that you understand intimately. Then pour your whole self into it, unconditionally. That is exactly what we have done with Bianco's. That is exactly why it works. That is exactly why we have loyal patrons and loyal staff. "Bianco", meaning "White", is what you get when you mix the appropriate intensities of the most vibrant of colours. In much the same way, Bianco's brings together our years of experience in hotel and restaurant management, and our passion for great food, wine, atmosphere and service. Bianco's is variety and balance under all aspects.

Excellent service, large portions, reasonably priced very tasty food. Struggled to finish the pizzas but very good none the less.

We found Bianco's by accident and were lucky enough to get a table as it was very busy - we booked a table for our second visit. Food was beautifully cooked and presented. The portions are quite large so if not very hungry go for a starter and main or main and dessert. Service was friendly, on our second visit perhaps a little too attentive as just about every member of staff asked if everything was alright - it was! We would happily visit again.

I took a week’s holiday in Malta recently with a friend, and we stayed in St. Julian’s. Bianco’s was very close to our hotel and we went for a meal there on our second night. I ordered a seafood pizza with extra anchovies but when it arrived it was hard to find even the normal quota. The pizza base was overdone, and all-in-all it was nowhere near as good as the one I’d had at Frankie and Benny’s at Manchester Airport before our flight! Restaurant ambience and service OK, though. We didn’t go back.

Attentive staff, lovely food and a great atmosphere. Right next to the sea, couldn't fault it! There may be better restaurants around particularly at the marina but this is a great place!

Firstly the staff were great (although that's a character trait of most of Malta's people); very genuine and warm. Then the pricing was very reasonable (with a basic pizza at 6euros even small budget's could afford the restaurant experience), especially considering it's location right on the bay.
Then, the ambiance was great; music played was upbeat and at the right volume level which are both good for conversation; the interior was tasteful with stonework and original comtempory artworks; it was well patronised, as who likes sitting in an empty restaurant?; it wasn't too cramped; and had large 'people watching' windows right onto the busy street that's on the bay.
And of course! The food and wine we had were excellent. The basic cheese and tomato pizza, at 6euros, was delicious, large and served well. The rabbit pasta dish was just excellent, rabbit bing a national dish there (but be aware the meat was on the bone) and was yet a cheaper price than other places that were nowhere near as good on taste; The 'light' pizza was without cheese so you had a choice to cut out the heavier fat. They do a range of pasta and pizza... a sea food selection and other meals which we didn't try.
The wine we chose was, again, reasonably priced for a restaurant at 12 euros and was excellent. A fabulous chenin blanc. Especially considering a poor bottle is often sold in England for equivalent of 17euros! It was served chilled, placed in a cooler in holder beside the table, poured to taste and poured fully.
I and my friend went back and would recommend Bianco's.
