It’s great to find a restaurant where you have zero complaints after a meal. It’s even better when you eat there four times and still have zero complaints. Three dinners and a breakfast without a single hitch. Delicious, well sourced and beautifully cooked food and fantastic veggie options available on the standard, interesting, menu.

The staff are lovely, friendly and attentive and happy to chat when you want to but never in your face when you don’t. Service was just excellent. (To the lovely Hungarian lady who looked after us, we hope you get to the beer spa)

The restaurant is in a great position with views across Spinola Bay and they run the strapline “Where Melbourne meets Malta”. An Australian owner clearly has the vision and passion to create something really special and the interior of the restaurant is filled with quirky art. If we were visiting the area again this would absolutely be our first stop.

If you visit one restaurant in the locality it should be this one. The signature 50 hour cooked Brisket is simply to die for and the Kangaroo steak was divine.

Went based on TripAdvisor reviews that I have read and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely restaurant with great food. We had a selection of seafood for two people and a lobster pasta. Both were great.

Tried this restaurant for the first time as I was curious and heard about it, so when my friends from Italy came to visit me I took the chance to book it and try it.
The view from the terrace is very good.
The menu is not too large but if you want fish you can have some great food.
We took as starters a caprese salad and fried calamari to share and as main course three fresh fish of the day a huge sea bream, a mid size pagel and a barracuda. We asked them to be grilled.
They were very delicious and tasty.
We had paired everything with a maltese white wine.
In the end a good restaurant

This is a lovely restaurant with chilled out decor and great views.

The liver parfait was delicious, as was the bread and beetroot hummus.

However, the brisket was almost inedible. It was just about too tough to cut with a knife and I couldn’t eat it. Such a pity because the rest of the dish was great.

The staff didn’t ask if there was a problem with it even though most of it was uneaten.

Such a pity!
