Me and my husband visit the Empire regularly, its a beautiful Edwardian theatre and it gets all of the top West End shows. A lot of money was recently spent on upgrades but the essence of the Edwardian style has been retained. Bar prices are expensive but that I think is to be expected. All in all you get a very good theatre experience here in a really beautiful setting, our next visit is in October and we are really looking forward to it x

At 23 per ticket, this was a VERY expensive treat. I knew the merchandise available inside would have a huge mark up - as we have similar lights and toys already at home at least we didnt get stung for extras! The show itself really did bring the magic of disney to life and i soon forgot about my aching purse! Yes some critics have panned the show for its miming, but i have to say that wasnt a problem at all. The costumes were fantastic as was the choreography and performance by all cast members - my daughter was mesmerised for the entire show and only moved to dance and jump with Tigger. There were a fabulous mix of Disney favourites and i thought my daughter would cry being soo close to her idol Cinderella. Fantastic audience participation, with a few surprises thrown in for good measure. Would i see this show again, you betcha and yes i would, and have already, recommended this show to friends and family. Added bonus is the beautiful surroundings of this gorgeous theatre and polite and friendly staff.
