Stayed four nights over three weeks in Sri Lanka.
Pros: Comfortable room, beachfront, convenient to airport, friendly service, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, good a/c, included wi-fi, nice pool, good restaurant and stored our excess luggage for a couple of weeks while we toured Sri Lanka.
Cons: Included wi-fi is slow.

Hotels location is good. Rooms were clean but little bit worn out. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Restaurant is good and nice just in front of the beach, although prices were higher and food was not as delicious as in other restaurants at the same area. Especially we liked the breakfast; it was delicious and many-sided. Hotel has its own beach which was very comfortable. They kept it also clean in spite of some heavy rainstorms which made the lagoon in the village flooding, and brought lots of garbage to the sea. On thing we did not like, was the amont of plastic bottels and other trash floting in the sea. But of course it is not the hotels fault, they triet to do their best to clean out the beach every day.

What makes a hotel fantastic? When everything is as promissed in the brochure only the staff in the hotel can make your stay unforgetable, I stayed several times in this hotel and rooms; restaurant,swimmingpool ...... all perfect for a 4 star hotel but when we talk about the staff ; they are amazing and they get 5 stars from me . During my stay I would like to mention Harsha who was helpfull and always there when you needed him , Cletus the cashier who was always interested about my stay and always there for just a little talk. Also to be mentioned are kennedy, ranil and. Sanjaya. These are only a few people who made my stay a success.

I had the opportunity to spend three nights at Jetwing Sea during my brief visit to Sri Lanka last week.
It was a magnificent stay and most of all a very relaxing one along with the excellent customer service and the world-renowned Sri Lankan hospitality.
The room was so comfy,the food was great and I must mention the standard of the Spa which is top class.I have had so many massages and herbal treatments while touring and this was honestly Number One!My special thanks go to Niranjan at the Sky Spa for his superb massages.
I would thoroughly recommend Jetwing Sea and Sky Spa-Don't think twice for it.You will never be disappointed!!

We visited jetwing sea within two months apart from our honeymoon again just because the service, food and everything about hotel is on top notch. Specially the receptionist Mrs. Upeksha was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable one for us. Food is delicious and the staff is pleasant to be.
