This is an excellent little hotel usefully placed halfway between the Channel ports and South of France. The rooms are simple and clean, the breakfast is good, the setting, set back from a slumbering village square, is peaceful. And the associated restaurant, Les Trois Provinces, is outstanding, with a rich choice of traditional French dishes and a superb wine list, many with half bottles so you can try even more.

Room Tip: All the rooms we have stayed in are fine -- large but simple and clean

Well located near the autoroute, a day's drive from the UK, in an unassuming little village. Small lockable parking. Clean, quiet and relaxed. They just bring whatever you ask for.
The family own the restaurant a few doors along. Excellent quality and value.
Very peaceful place so expect to sleep well.
Excellent breakfast with nice seasonal touch (freshly squeezed juice of apples from the village orchards). The bakery is next door.
There is a useful convenience store across the road.
