Nice and clean - good location right in front of the trainstation. Located in the center of the city, with good oportunities of food and drinks nearby.
A supermarket is located just 5 minutes walk away, and there's several really nice restaurants and bars located just around.
The river is just across the roundabout, and a good location for a beautiful walk.

If you end up in this town in the evening, and need accommodations, this hotel will suffice. It is clean, has tv/wifi, an elevator, and the staff is friendly. It is centrally located, however the noise from the surrounding bars can be a nuisance unless you shut the windows. There is a fairly good restaurant less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel (ask at the desk for the name-they recommended it to us). Parking is on the street. At night you do not need to pay. However, starting at 8AM you need to feed the meter. Forget the overpriced hotel breakfast and search out the excellent bakeries and coffee bars along the street.
The lodging price is reasonable.
