We spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel the "chambres" are great with all modern ammenities the restaurant is without doubt one of the best I ever tried.the ambiance, service and particularly the food are as good as it gets, Chef owner Stephan and wife Sophie are wonderful people that go the extra mile to make you feel at home,I even got a kitchen tour!
This place is worth the detour, and the region and particularly Sarreguemines are a most see while visiting northeast France
Merci beacoup Sophie and Stephan!

This has a well deserved Michelin Star. OK, not cheap but good value for money. Aperitiv on the terace, The Menu at €52 - Asparagus season offered excellent variations on the theme. Good wine list with several very interesting bottles. Professional service in French, German and English as required. Dinner for 2 with all drinks €188.

The whole atmosphere creates a medieval age atmosphere, fitting in the whole building with knight figurines; antique furniture and the usage of old stone tiles.

The reception:
Very friendly and well informed staff. Direct view on the kitchen

The rooms:
The rooms are renovated with bright and friendly colors; the style is dominated by huge pillows, nicely arranged curtains and chairs but also with a new television. Worth of mentioning is the beautiful bathroom, where the valves and accessories (Lion head spitting the water) create a elegant atmosphere.

Food & Beverage
The dining in the restaurant was dominated by a big group celebrating a birthday party, which made the background noise a bit disturbing. The service staff was very friendly and served a nice regional dinner in a very friendly manor. Although sometime was a slight feeling of disturbing the staff within their normal duties.
