Busy hotel. Food quality extremely poor. Staff not particularly friendly for a Disney hotel. We wouldn't recommend this one. Breakfast is basically a big 'rammy' for food I'd struggle to feed to our dog. Shame on you Disney.

If you're looking for basic accommodation close to the parks only 10 min walk then this is for you. No air con only ceiling fan not easy in almost 30*C, no fridge to keep drinks cold but found an ice machine on the last day that we could have used to fill the sink with.
Rooms were very clean and tidy also cleaned every day. Only gripes would be the tap leaked at the basin and the toilet would stick and keep running. The rest of the hotel don't know if it was to create an olde Wild West theme but the stairs were vacuumed but the wood either side of the carpet wasn't touched also under the banister on the first level was about an inch of dust.
Beware breakfast if you enjoy a cooked breakfast go into the Disney village it's a lot quieter and worth it! The breakfast at the chuck wagon is unorganised and chaotic you and over 100 guests all scrambling over a continental breakfast isn't pretty, we dreaded going down!

We have recently returned from our first trip to Disney Paris which was a great experience. The weather was glorious which added to our enjoyment. The breakfast is quite basic but ample for what is required. The rooms are clean and child friendly. The staff on the information and departure desk really helpful. The characters arrive at the hotel, outside the entrance during the day so check the times otherwise you will miss out. The pony rides are also great for the children. The hotel is well situated about 10 mins from the resort . The balloon ride which you will see e route to the resort is well worth a trip, great views ! Also another must is cafe Mickey! You will need to book a table as its very busy. The tables upstairs are more light and spacious, we enjoyed the company of Goofy, Mickey Mouse, mini mouse and Tigger, the kids loved interacting with them at the table. I would stay at the hotel again, though a closer hotel for those who are less able bodied might be better although there is a shuttle bus which runs frequently. Make sure you fill your water bottles in the dining room at breakfast as the drinks in Disney are very expensive and there are lots of fizzy drinks and not many juice! Also the plaza gardens buffet on the right at the end of Main Street across from the sleeping beauty castle is delicious and if you have half board vouchers you can use them in there!

We stayed at Disneys Hotel Cheyenne for 4 nights 7-11 July 2013 and we had an amazing holiday with myself, husband and 2 kidsc(age 7 & 10). All Staff were helpful and very informative. The themed rooms were excellent. Our room was very clean and each day we were given fresh towels and beds were made. There is a kettle in the room but cups are hired and a charge for tea/coffee so definately take your own. There is a petrol station outside of the Sante Fe hotel, go to this shop for water, sweets etc as it will save you a lot of money. There was plenty choice for breakfast to suit all. Yes Breakfast was very busy but we always managed to find a table and had patience when getting food/drinks. Every morning the kids (& adults) got to meet a disney charachter Mini mouse, Jessie etc and have their photo taken with them.. the staff were more than happy to let you use your own camera. We walked into Disney everyday except one when we used the bus which was excellent and quick to hop on and along to the park. All in all.. a fantastic hotel and the kids loved the wild west theme.

The rooms are basic, and actually a bit smelly, but it really just adds to the feeling that you are in the old west. The kids loved it and so did the adults. We opted to stay here ahead of the three key hotels because of reviews on this site and we are so glad that we did.

Cowboy Donald Duck and Jessie the Cowgirl were in the reception area on our last day.

Staying in one of the park hotels gave us early entrance into the main park, which made a big difference. We got to do a lot each morning before the crowds arrived.

The walk to the park is not that far, its quite enjoyable. We only caught the shuttle bus once.

Just back from a four day stay in The Cheyenne Hotel. Went with three adults and one six year old. We all had a brillant time. All the staff were lovely and friendly. We had a quick check in and found our hotel fine. Rooms are abit small and tired looking but if anything this plays to the old western theme. Rooms were cleaned everyday and we were given fresh new towels each day.

You have to pick a breakfast time between 7am and 10:30. We opted for 8am, it was busy at this time but we always managed to find seats. I imagine if you have a few small children with you, yous should set up a system were one adult takes the kids to a table whilst the other piles the tray high with food. I enjoyed breakfast each morning, just the usual continental breakfast. There is a water dispenser at the right of the bar. I would advise yous to take an empty bottle and fill it to take to the park, as bottled water or juice is very expensive. Once you are in the park there is water fountians were you can keep refilling your bottle.

We never walked to the park, we always got the bus. The longest we ever had to wait for the bus was 10 mins but generally the bus would arrive every few minutes. This was very handy aswel since we had to go home during the day as it was just to hot to hang around in the park. But once it was abit more cooler we could head back in to Disneyland.

We got the all you can eat buffet the first night we arrived. I can't remember the exact price we paid, but it was about 24 euro for an adult and 15 for a child. To me this was pricey and we never eat there again. The food was ok, it was a barbaque theme, although there other types of food such as meatballs and pizza etc.

My niece went for the pony ride on the last day. You must buy a ticket in the gift shop for 6 euro for this. She obviously enjoyed it greatly, the only thing to mention is that another family member has to walk the pony along the walk way.

Overall greatly enjoyed staying here. Set the mood off nicely with the rest of the Disney themes and would stay here again.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at the hotel cheyenne. Hotel is nice, reception was very busy but we was checked in within 10-15 minutes of arrival and allowed straight in our rooms. Never ate breakfast at hotel as we over slept!! But we ate at the buffet lunch once (would not recommend as food was disgusting!!). Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels, very comfy beds. Staff friendly. There is a bud every 12 mins to the park outside the hotel or you can walk there in 20 minutes. Would reccomend the full board tickets as it can get expensive in the restaurants. Also buy your drinks from the train station before going to to the parks as they are half the price.
