A nice hotel for a family with children up to 12 years. Location close to the Disney parks and Trainstation, 10-15 minutes walk, is good. The hotel is 20 years old and you can see that but it´s still a good choice. We´ve stayed at Newport Hotel earlier and we had a better and less expenisive experience here than at Newport Hotel. The breakfast i boring and the breakfast restaurant is loud with noice and high music. I think it´s a shame that the hotels doesn´t offer free WiFi - it´s year 2013! Overall, I can recommend a stay at the hotel if you don´t have to high expectations.

Room Tip: Try to get a room in a house close to the main building/reception

Cant comment on hotel but used Chucks Wagon for the all you can eat buffet. Cant recomend it enough. We arrived at 5.50pm with no reservation,(opens at 6pm) got one with no probs and straight into restaurant.
food was beautiful, well presented, plenty choice, even my kids ate better there than they did the whole trip! Plates cleared away readily by staff so you dont look greedy!
Very reasonably priced in comparrison to other all you can eat buffets if you are willing to leave park and walk here. (10 mins max pushing a buggy)

Enjoyed a good stay here while my family of 4 explored Disneyland. It was good value for money. My children loved the cowboy theme throughout!
Breakfast was a bit chaotic for my liking, but as to be expected.
Overall, a pleasant stay.

The hotel is well located and very well connected to the park through a bus service, it is not in a main building but it is distribuited in many buildings, western style.

Any buildings has an its own name and it is organized in 2-3 floor maximum.

The rooms are fine but, in my opinion, a renewal it is necessary.

The bathroom is large enough but there is not the bidet.

There is not a wi-fi connection in the room and in the common spaces. Considering the price paid to stay there, it is not acceptable.

The breakfast it is included and there is a very wide choice, even if the fresh fruit is missing.

I would choice this hotel again.

we stayed here half board for 4 nights on 20th april 13 (2 adults 3yr old and 6yr old), we had express disney service so didnt have to struggle to get the bags to the hotel after getting off train we just left them at the train station and checked in when we finished in the park.

check in was a breeze, but when we checked in we didnt get to choose our breakfast slot the just gave us what was left although we always turned up early and no questions where asked, we was in the annie oakley block and on ground floor, witch was nice as we didnt have to struggle with bags up stairs but was quite noisy with people arriving late for checkin and draging there suitcases up and down the gravel, on entering the room it was clean and tidy, there was no kettle of hair dryer in the room but i took them with me anyway, i also had to ask for some extra pillows as they only provided 1, they came withen minuets,we had some issues with our tv and the handyman came to fix it withen half an hour.
if your not okay drying yourself with a hand towel then i suggest you take your own, also take flannels. the hotel could do with a bit of work some tiles where loose, mould along sealent of bath, wallpaper coming away and handles missing of draws. i didnt feel the need to complain as we hardley spent anytime in the room but i did write it on the survey that was in the room.

breakfast was manic but there was always somewhere to sit it consisted of Croissants, cheeses, ham, toast, rolls, tinned fruit, cearels, various jams, honey chocolate spread, orange/apple juice, milk, water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate.
because the food was so expensive in the parks we made up rolls for lunch (avoid the bread its really stale) as everyone else seemed to be, dont forget to take sandwich bags with you.
we only ate an evening meal here once it was buffet style and was a bit of something for eveyone but i found it really over seasoned with salt, so we didnt return.

also dont forget to look out for disney characters outside hotel entrance they are there everyday from 8.30

some prices we paid at hotel:- pony ride 6.00, small carton of milk 1.50 , x3 post cards and x3 stamps 4.50, washing machine 4.00, tumble 2.00, rides in arcade 2.00.

the disney village, we ate here one evening with our meal vouchers a child gets main, pudding and drink adults get starter, main and pudding (no drink included, i had table water), its a range of burgers and chips i had the onion burger for main and hash browns for starter.... it was huge (10 hash browns for the starter) pudding was a chocolate brownie and ice cream (there was no other choice) but it was lovely.
we also had mc donalds on our last day as we didnt leave until 7pm and you dont get a meal voucher for your last day, it was very reasonable 4euro for happy meal wich unlike the uk also includes a pudding. i had a chicken sandwich meal that was around 6euros, we also had icecream @ around 2euro each.

disney studios must sees :- stars in cars parade, stich live, playhouse disney live and animagic my son loved all of these and was nice to get out of the heat and sit for a while.
must do rides:- rc racer, terror tower, slinky toy solider parachute.
we really wanted to eat at the restruant des stars in the park but it was only open until 4, witch was i bit early for us so we didnt bother.
i found there was alot more characters wondering around in the disney studios then the main park.

a few costs at studios :- face painting form 6-12 euros depending on style, small bottle of fanta 3.50.

disney park:- we ate at plaza gardens for 2 nights it was lovely, food for everyone, staff where friendy, and was seated quickly, i would recomend to everyone.
must sees:- disney parade and night time show
must do rides :- buzz lazer blast (but que early as there was 60 min waits), space mountain, small world, peter pan.
i was a bit dissopointed with the princess pavilion as we qued for 70mins only to be told that we could only see 1 out of 3 princesses and didnt even get a choice as to witch one.... we got airel!!!!

a few costs at disney park;- ice creams 3.10-4.60 euros, waffle 2.60, large popcorn in souvenir container 9.60 (5.00 to refill) autograph book (not 20th anni one) 9.00 snowglobe 6.00 princess dresses form 30.00-60.00! sun hats 10.00-18.00

We stayed at Hotel Cheyenne for 4 nights from Monday 8 April to Friday 13 April 2013 The cost for 2 adults and two children was around the £1000 mark. This cost included four double park tickets each for 5 days and all you can eat buffet breakfast. Considering the cost of park tickets alone would cost about £650 ( £169 x 2 adult) + ( £154 x 2 Child) this means the cost of the room was a reasonable £90 a night.

We took advantage of the pre paid standard half board meal option which saves about 15 % on the cost of paying in cash on the day. The meal vouchers can be used in your hotel or in a few restaurants in the parks.
Meals at the Hotel Cheyenne were very good. It's buffet, first get your food then your cutlery then get a table and collect your drinks from the bar.

We eat a few times at the Plaza gardens in the Disneyland Park. The first time we arrived I realised that I had left the vouchers in our hotel. We paid in cash, about 85 Euros but were advised to bring the vouchers the next day for a refund which we did and they were as good as their word. Excellent.

You may think that 85 Euros sounds a lot for four buffet meals for two adults and two children but you would be wrong. Consider that its only 20 euros a head. for this you can have starter, main course and dessert and as much as you like. I think it's superb value. Add to this that the quality of the food was much much better than I was expecting- the desserts were particularly good as you would expect from the French who know a thing or two about patisserie. The Plaza Garden is still a buffet like the hotel but as you arrive you are shown to a table complete with cutlery and a waiter takes your drinks order an brings it to the table so it has more of a restaurant feel. The decor is nice too. I would recommend it.

The Hotel Cheyenne room was comfortable but was beginning to look a bit tired, but no doubt they redecorate all the time and so some other rooms may be better than others. There was no hair dryer so take your own. Our children loved the cowboy theme.

There is a shuttle bus to and from the parks, we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Plus because you are staying in Disneyland you can go into the park at 8am two hours before everyone else.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We have had a brilliant time at Disneyland Paris.

Thanks to all at Disneyland.

We stayed here for one night while visiting Disneyland Paris (which you can very easily see in a day out of season). The hotel is based in different blocks, they are very basic (more like a travel lodge standard). The hotel served a purpose to be located near enough to Disney at a cheap rate. I would only recommend this to people who are on a budget and want I visit the park.
The breakfast buffet was of a poor standard, eating off plastic bowls doesnt so it for me and to be honest it was a bit of a ruck.
