A great hotel inspired by Disney Cars and mexican elements everywhere. From the hotel room up to the set up of the restaurant and the food. Most enjoyable place. we loved every minute there and we would visit it again.

After staying in a dodgy 3 star hotel in London I was aprehensive about what awaited us at Sante Fe, but it was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are clean and neat, fans and heaters, beds are comfortable. The breafasts are a crazy experience and the hotel is busy but all in all for a 2 star hotel it was well worth it. Free Wifi only in the Lobby.

We have stayed at this hotel twice before and was happy to return. On arrival we were greeted by friendly, happy staff (as you would expect in Disney!). The staff in the hotel were mainly French but most could speak English. We were given our room keys, park passes & booked early breakfasts as we wanted an early start in the park! We were directed to our rooms and asked if we wanted any help (don't know if this was normal procedure or because my daughter was in a wheelchair),I accepted the assistance as carrying a case and pushing a wheelchair can be difficult.

We reached our room which was in a block adjacent to the footpath leading to Disney Village (10 minutes walk away) and on the ground floor. The rooms had all been re decorated since our last stay and our room was lovely, clean and spacious. When booking I had informed the hotel that we required an accessible room and this one certainly was: 2 bedrooms, a sofa, 2 beds, an accessible shower & toilet, an ordinary bathroom (bath, toilet, shower etc). The room was clean on arrival and well maintained throughout our 4 day stay. The room was equipped with kettle, hairdryer, towels(replaced each day), TV's (nice note on TV welcomed us to Disney) and toiletries which were a bit sparse but just ask at reception and they will give you more.

The hotel itself was very spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff are all dressed in native Indian outfits and will willingly assist you, all wore a smile. Like most Disney venues there is a souvenir shop of Disney items and some are particular to hotel Santa Fe. There is a bar manned by friendly staff, a games room and a child play area. The large reception area does not only welcome guests it plays host to Disney characters who pose for photographs and mingle with the guests..

The restaurant is large and spacious but can get full during breakfast times. Breakfast is included in the cost of your hotel. Other meals and snacks are available but there is an extra charge. I only had breakfast as we spent most of our days & evenings in the park or village where there are numerous restaurants. Breakfasts are continental but there is a large selection of each item i.e cooked meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurts, rolls etc plus cereals and you can eat as much as you like.

There are regular buses to the park, we chose walking to the village and returning to the hotel by bus when our feet were tired. HOTEL GUESTS CAN ENTER THE PARK AT 8am, 2 hours before anyone else.

Our departure was as easy as our arrival, merely handed our key in. If like us you still have until late afternoon before leaving the park there is a storage area where you can leave your luggage and for a small fee the hotel will deliver it to the station in time for your departure

Thank you to all staff for your assistance & making the magic!!!!

Great hotel, very large but easily set out to find your room.

Rooms are always clean and tidy. Don't always have enough toiletries but if you ask at reception they will give you more.

Breakfast is included in your stay which is the normal continental breakfast. The canteen is very large but if you go a little earlier ( before 8 am) it's not so busy.

You can get a shuttle bus every 5-10 mins from out side reception or if you follow the yellow line to the back of the hotel to the UFO you can walk to the park. It's a very nice peaceful walk by the side of a stream. It takes about 15 mins to get to Disney village. Prefer the walk rather than taking the bus.

Never had a problem with this hotel. Don't spend much time there as all our time is spent in the park. But a perfect place to have as a base while at Disney.

we spent five days here in early july. this was a great place offering value for money to stay at a disney hotel. by staying at a Disney hotel you can get acess to the park at 8am instead of 10. Not all attractions are open but it gives you a head start on your day.

Back to the hotel, very clean and confortable. The whole family slept well and were recharged ready for the next day of fun.

The hotel is a short enjoyable walk from Disney village or a short (free) bus ride. The buses can get busy but I never saw anybody left behind.

We had bed and breakfast. Breakfast is continental style buffet with cereals for kids. Everything was tasty. Breakfast times are booked when you check in for your stay. we did not check in till 4pm but still got the early breakfast times we wanted to make the park at 8am.

The bottom line if I was going back to Disney Paris I would book for the Santa fe due to friendly staff, great service and value for money.

Room Tip: we were in block 46. well away from reception. very quiet and close to the footpath for Disney villa...

I love this hotel, it has apartments spread all over the place, it's a nice quiet area away from all noise and shouting from the park. I have only been to this hotel one out of the four times I have been here and it's one of the best hotels I've been to during my trips to Disneyland

I stayed in this hotel in July 19,2014.The circulation through the hotel was fascinating.People from all around the World,(aged from 1-99 may be) were entering and exiting continuously. The staff was really qualified and fast. The atmosphere,Disney-detailed souveniers, the music, everything was interesting. The themed-room was cute, facilities were okey but unfortunately there is no internet Access in the room, only lobby..The worst point might be this:at the end of the day, you may be get tired of Disney characters due to getting over- exposured.:))
