Any restaurant that makes you pay before you get your food then sends you out by the back door once you have finished should probably be avoided. We came in with a family group of 15, including several children aged 2 - 6 and were directed up the stairs by the greeter downstairs. After queuing for about 20 minutes, the guy on the till said we needed a reservation for such a large group. After being told in no uncertain terms that this was information that should have been given to us when we walked in the door, he said he would find something for us "if we calmed down", with no apology or seemingly any recognition that perhaps the staff were at fault here. After paying for our dinner we were shown upstairs to a near-empty restaurant!
The food itself was ok, but the best stuff ran out quickly and took ages to be replenished. I dislike this general Disney technique of providing a fast-food experience but charging "proper" restaurant prices, but most of the other outlets at least do it a lot better.
After finishing our meal we got up to leave, and were ushered towards a flight of stairs at the back leading to what was basically a fire door that brought you out up the street from where you went in. The management will no doubt say that this is to avoid congestion in the entranceway, but I suspect they are also worried about disgruntled diners telling those queuing on the stairs that it's not worth the wait.
