Fantastic hotel, The train station is very close by and we felt very safe walking around the area. As you leave the hotel turn left and walk up the street and you will find various cafes and restaurants which serve great food.
The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are great!!.
Food within the hotel is very nice and so are the cocktails but if you can try and get the black waiter to serve you, as he seems to put far better measures in the drinks as we were served by him the first night and the drinks tasted a lot better, on the second night we had a female who was a bit grumpy when I told her that we couldnt taste any alcohol in our drinks.
Had a great weekend and we would go back again.

Very modern hotel. The metro is less than a block away, felt comfortable walking in the area, cafes' close by. Every morning we would jump on the train, make one transfer and in 20min you were in the heart of Paris! Most comfortable bed I've ever been in (though no double rooms), though it could have been the jetlag!

We stayed for a few night and got a decent week-end rate. Nice staff, no recognition for A-club status, Breakfast is ok. Rooms and bath were clean. If you are used to more individualized rooms, you may find it challenging.

We made a very late booking into this hotel and found it to be perfect. The staff were very friendly, the cost was good and the rooms spacious and comfitable.
On leaving they even gave my children free gifts and during their stay taught them how to play games on the XBox360 they have in reception. Special thanks to Mohamed who ensured that our stay was exceptional.
I would recomend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris and will use it again if i decide to revisit.

This was a massive improvement on the original hotel we booked - Geoffroy Marie Opera - see http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g187147-d242974-r37799590-Hotel_Geoffroy_Maria_Opera-Paris_Ile_de_France.html

Stayed here for the World Cup final.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. More of a business hotel than for tourists, but 100 yds from the train station and only 20 mins by train into the centre of Paris so perfect for us.

This Novotel is really very clean and well decorated, everything appears brand new.
My room was 309. It looks out onto a motorway, but there is absolutely no noise at all from the road. The hotel seems to use a very good double glazing system, so a very quiet and peaceful night is assured. The room size is fine, all white walls (very Novotel) and a showeroom with no bath. A nice broad showerhead, although I could have done with a bit more water pressure from it. The bed and pillows are great, so all-in-all, a good nights sleep here.

Reception seemed fine. My requested wake up call was right on time. Nice efficient staff.

The TV system that is used, is a minor annoyance. It is like a computer menu, and it takes many screens that you have to "enter" to get to a TV programme that you want. Switch it off, and you have to go through the same multiple screens to get back to where you were.

The bar area is quite pleasant, although the barman seemed to disappear for about 30 minutes on Thursday evening, leaving us (a group of 7) stranded and short of a drink. The restaurant was good, although two salads requested did not arrive at all.

Breakfast is a nice enough experience. The quality of the juices is good. Fresh fruit, that changed over my two night stay. Good coffee, scrambled eggs with sausages and bacon. Selection of pastries that I did not try.

Overall, a great stay, come back the barman, although a little expensive.

Have stayed at this hotel many times as our office is in Rueil. Always clean and rooms in varying degree of newness (they seem to refurbish continually). Food is excellent and good value for the quality (but not cheap). However rooms are very expensive (normally around 190 euro), although with accor card drops to closer to 160 euro.
