I have been in Cacio Re several times and every time I look forward to come back there! If you love to eat truffle, you do not have to miss it!
The antipasti are absolutely without comparison, bruschette with truffle, salami and cheese of the region juicy omellette with fresh truffle and then the best in class "caramella"with truffle and aromatic cheese. The pasta is home made and perfectly cooked together with truffle sause. The dessert is as well home made and just delicious. I strongly recommend to go to Cacio Re if you are searching for something special, different from the usual restaurants!
