Poor hotel. No value for price. I have experienced poor wellness facilities, no information about not working facilities, even hurt myself with missing tile from the pool. no 4 star experience. food was poor, the only reason you should go there is the salt hills which can be visited seperately too. Toilet brush was smelling really bad.

The hotel gives you a uniqe experience with it's surround. The salt hills remind you of Turkish Pamukkale. The hotel rooms are average, the staff don't take care of the cleanless as the furniture are covered with dust. The bar staff is careless, as we were sitting there long time. At the end I had to ask them if there is any service, or what? The most problematic is the parking possibility: The garage is quite little, and if you parking round the hotel, you have to walk too much . The best part of the hotel is the wellness department.

One of those few 4 star hotels in Hungary we loved! It looks so unreal "hanging" there surrounding by the hot spring and the forest. It's really spectacular when entering the main hall on the 7th floor. The hall itself, the room, and the facilities are excellent. The spa is very good, but there are signs of the lack of proper maintenance as we've found missing tiles in the pools...

Both the massages and the restaurant were fine. The food is great (somebody tell me why is it a must to have those white or any colored "hotel cakes" in these restaurants???), the service is excellent!

The hotel is beautiful, calm and perfect for a wellness holiday.
Beds were really comfortable, everything was clean.
The food was very good and everything was fresh on the buffet table.
The spa is very nice and the medical water is fantastic!
Besides these... I loved the thai massage the most! Very very experienced and skillful masseurs.

We spend 4 days at this hotel. The building is so big and fancy. As I remember 7 floors. The hotel entrance is on the top floor, because the building is located at the hillside. The first floor entrance is the spa entrance for the outdoor guests. You can park in the garage under the hotel, or near from the top floor entrance at the hillside. The room is average. Upper than the third floor, the view to the salt hills is great. In the room, the door between the bathroom and the toilett was clear glas, so it was funny:))) You are siting on the toilette, and watching how brush theet sombody else in the bathroom. The meal was ok, but nothing extra.
I loved the spa. The outdoor and indoor pools are great. At night, just siting in the outdoor relaxing pools and enjoying the view of the luminous salt hills. And the other pools have so much variety. 10 different pools (blind pool with perfect black /ideal for honeymoon:))), child pools, slides, lazy river, jacuzzi, etc.) But no cover on the walls at the spa area. You can see the the raw concrete and the print of the formworks. You must pay extra charge for the parking, and the sauna usage. That is why I dont give excellent value. The salt hills are beautifull, the staff are friendly. The spa area was a little bit crowded because it is a public spa, not only for the hotel guests. But we were there at the weekend. I recommens this hotel for everyone, because the spa area is the biggest I have ever see in a Hungarian hotel, the Salt hills are beautifull, the landscape is delightfull. The glass door and the naked wall was not a big problem for me. The extra charge for the parking and the sauna is narrow minden, but not I'm the hotel managger.
