“A genuinely warm welcome”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 30, 2013

We stayed three nights and had a lovely tranquil time in this beautiful location. The room was immaculate and the breakfasts delicious, but what really made it special was the warmth and friendliness of our hosts Ceri and Dan. We enjoyed playing with their dog on the front lawn and even cheekily used their barbecue for an alfresco dinner one evening. Ceri recommended local sights, walks and restaurants, including the excellent Black Lion gastropub where we dined twice. Not having visited Anglesey before, we are very tempted to go back - and to stay at Hen Bont again.

We only stayed one night but Ceri and Dan made sure our stay was very enjoyable at this working sheep farm. The welcome tea and Bara Brith was just what we needed after a busy day touring the island, dodging some very heavy showers. The rooms were exceptional; clean, modern and very comfy. The breakfast set us up for the rest of the day and the extra sausage was much appreciated. If your looking for a short or long stay B&B on Anglesey you wont go far wrong with Ceri and Dans hospitality. We will certainly be in touch the next time we are in the area.

Very relaxing holiday in Anglesey in a pretty village far far away from the madness of the cities! Ceri and Dan go out of their way to make your stay special.Children loved watching the horses and sheep, excellent for long cycle rides and walks.Everyone felt relaxed and refreshed after being so close to nature.Would love to go back to this lovely family B&B.

Very friendly and welcoming, very clean and a good breakfast. One room is ensuite,in which we stayed.

Quiet, rural location, with a stream at the bottom of the garden. The farm has fishing rights, if you have a rod license. Easy reach of the east coast attractions (Beaumaris etc) and the little coves and beaches on the north and west coasts. Not too far from the ferry terminal either.

Nothing is too much trouble for the owners and comes highly recommended.

The B&B also had a recent tourism award for best B&B on Anglesey.
