Stayed one night whilst visiting friends nearby. Fantastic room with lovely en-suite bathroom. Home made cake on arrival was a nice touch and Sue gave my wife the recipe. Terrific quality full English breakfast. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed with our 5 and 2 year old. The well designed holiday let was the perfect base for our family holiday. The private garden enabled us to make the most of the sunshine and there were plenty of family orientated places to visit. We would highly recommend Jimmy's farm and Easton farm park. The holiday let is nicely situated for after dinner walks on shingle street which well and truly wore out the children ensuring an uninterrupted nights sleep in the very comfy beds. Sue and Chris were the perfect hosts.

We have just spent two nights at this superb establishment. Sue is extremely welcoming & a wonderful hostess. Room & (from what we saw) the entire house is spotless. Breakfast of the highest quality, served at a time to suit you.
It appears that nothing is too much trouble, for either Sue or her husband Chris, even tips or Crafting (Sue's department, not Chris' !!)
This is quite possibly the best of many B&B's we have ever stayed in, nationwide & as a result have no hesitation in recommending same. We would definitely return, & that itself says it all !

Room Tip: The Double we stayed in was of a very good size with good quality furnishings & an excellent En...

We stayed at Richmond Hill Bed and Breakfast while attending a wedding at Woodhall Manor. The room was lovely, very large and spotlessly clean and the bathroom had a massive walk in shower. The bed was really comfortable, prob the best i have ever slept in, everything was top quality. Sue was a lovely host and even gave us a lift to the wedding venue (thanks again). The breakfast was superb, great choice of food and again everything was of very good quality. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone. Very Very Happy..!!

We stayed here for one night while walking the Suffolk Coastal Path. This is an excellent B&B, immaculately kept, with tasteful and quality furniture and furnishings. There was fresh milk and cake in our room on arrival, breakfast was good. Sue is a mine of information about the area and made us feel very welcome. A very good stay.

I have recently stayed at Richmond Hill b&b, a wonderful place warm and welcoming. Everything you could want, a comfy bed, beautiful room with plenty of space. so friendly and parking is not a problem.
We have also stayed at Richmond Hoo with our dogs. it is a spacious bungalow with a large comfy bed (for us not the dogs) and a wonderful walk in shower and open plan living area.
There is many lovely walks to go on with the dogs and a secure garden for everyone to relax in.
This is a gem, am so pleased to find it. will be back later this year.

We stayed in the self contained bungalow adjoining the main B&B - see separate reviews for that. The Bungalow is beautifully decorated and well equipped with all modern conveniences. It has a large private garden with barbecue facilities and table and chairs on the patio. Its dog friendly and only a very short drive or walk to the beach. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the double very large. It has a very fully equipped modern kitchen and an excellent shower/wet room. The owners are very helpful and well knowledged on their areas attractions. Its a very quiet place and we hope to visit again when the weather is a little more friendly. If you are into crafts Sue runs a craft group and is hoping to run lessons.

Room Tip: All on one level, may suit those who are physically challenged very well.
