Wonderful welcoming family, wonderful food, wonderful surroundings, and an amazing attention to detail. I really can't think how it could be improved.
I enjoyed my stay immensely and I'll definitely be back.

Stayed last night whilst down for Berwickshire county show, had a lovely time the house is beautiful and Pippa and Tim made us feel so welcome. I could have stayed for much longer than one night and will definately be returning. When we arrived we were treated to a cup of tea, a wee dram and chat until the wee small hours of the morning! Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and beautiful home made bread. Would definately recommend if you are near Greenlaw! Thank you Pippa and Tim!!

Warm, friendly welcome with tea and cake.Large twin bed room with huge en-suite (big bath and excellent free standing shower) and lots of fluffy, white towels and quality toiletries. Slept well in very comfortable bed with attractive linen. Large, comfortable guest sitting/dining room with books, radio and TV. Superb evening meal with home produced meat and vegetables and very comprehensive breakast menu with fresh fruit and eggs from own hens.
At the end of a long trip through the Western Isles and mainland Scotland this was a marvellous and relaxing end to my holiday.

Stayed at Mansefield while attending a friend's wedding at Duns Castle. Had a fantastic two night stay. Pippa and Tim were very hospitable, the room was comfortable and the food superb. I highly recommend the cooked breakfast!

Lovely place to stay. Pippa and her family were all very helpful. Great rooms nice and comfortable with great touches around. No TV in the rooms!! What a difference that made. Actually heard the birds and animals. The breakfast was superb, home grown bacon and sausages. Even the mushrooms tasted delicious.
Charming surrounding countryside.

Last minute search on the internet brought up this delightful B&B in the sleepy town of Greenlaw, the only B&B in the town, which proved to be a very pleasant one night stay. Pippa & Tim made us both feel very welcome and did all they could to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and full english was all home grown. If you are passing through the boarders this B&B would be an ideal resting place to explore the local area.

Pippa and Tim do a great job of making you feel welcome. Excellent afternoon tea and a very comfortable bed with welcome hot water bottles for us as we staggered in at 2 am after a wedding. Great breakfast with sun streaming in the window. Could have stayed longer! Worth a detour.
