Having been in Thailand for almost 6 months I have seen my fair share of temples. This one was recommended to us by a local and with a lot of help we eventually found it via motorbike.

It is HUGE. It took us a couple of hours to explore the entire thing. It starts with a bajillion steps up to the first wat. It is very beautiful and they are either constructing new buildings or rebuilding old ones. It was interested to see how they turn a simple concrete structure into the intricate and beautiful finished product. The views are very pretty from up on the mountain. There is also a massive Buddha that is cool to see.
