Great view of the Hermon mountain , great place to stay with a very worm and pleasant hospitality.
All our wishes have been answered , best ever breakfast to kids and adult .

We started a special birthday journey in Nimrod at Ichal's and Diego's place. This is the best B&B I have stayed in. The views are amazing and the attention to details in the rooms amazed us.
We enjoyed the fruits from the trees, the wine, the liqueur, the fruits basket and very comfortable sleeping arrangement.
Michal made us breakfast to go that kept the treat going throughout the day.
Michal also helped us organize a Druze dinner with Fuasia, in her living room in Magdel Shamas.
Thank you Michal Nd Diego for making our special journey so great by your hospitality.

Room Tip: Talk to the host, if they are responsive before the visit, you should have a great experience.

Me and my husband stayed for one night only, on May, and it was one of our best night ever.
we are traveling a lot, and so many cabins but this place is above all...the view is breath taking, the cabin was beautiful, the hospitality was perfect and the breakfast is the best Israeli breakfast i have ever eaten.
in the cabin we found all the luxuriates products you can imagine: Cherry liquor, nuts from all the kinds, local wine, home made chocolate, home made jam, espresso machine and the list and long...
the equipping in the cabin was fantastic and the art pictures, made by Diego, create the perfect touch for a special place.
all the furniters in the cabin are made by Diego as well.
worth any penny, or Shekel...don't miss the perfect relaxing cabin with the best view of Israel!

We have just returned from a family trip up north. We stayed in Rom 1125 for three amazing nights!
We got in late at night and were immediately greeted by Diego, who took care of everything we needed and made us feel welcome. Diego and Michal are the perfect hosts – there when you need them but leaving you to your peace and quiet relaxation. We are a family of six and the cabin was very roomy and cozy with the most amazing view from every window (there were a lot of them to our pleasure). The design is astonishing and unique, and Diego’s beautiful paintings decorate every wall.
The cabin has everything you want and more for a holiday stay – a small refrigerator, a coffee machine, plenty of towels, blankets and so on. The movie collection is astounding, there are plenty of board games, and there were even stuffed animals waiting to greet us at the kid’s bedroom. They think of everything, even things we did not know we needed.
The breakfast is amazing! Homemade bread, salads, a wonderful tray of cheese, omelets, sweets, fresh orange juice and a different sweet surprises every day (yogurt with fruit salad, a sweet drink called “sachlav”, plums filled with nuts…) – delicious! I found it amazing that they considered us having kids and therefore took care to include simple things that kids prefer. It was a wonderful way to start every day. The location is perfect for the most amazing places in the Golan Heights. We took a different walk every day, always coming back to a home away from home. Another great thing is that a wonderful restaurant is just next door. We found everything simply perfect and can’t wait to our next vacation there!

Our long weekend at Rom 1125 was just fantastic and we highly recommend. The cabin is well equipped with all the things you need + all the things you didn't even think of. Cherry liquor, wine, roasted nuts, coffee machine, fresh juice in the kitchen - plush bath robes for lounging, plenty of towels - a folder of local hikes - games - an extensive DVD and movie on demand collection - bath salts, candles. Bed was comfortable, climate control very good and the jacuzzi was great and filled up quickly. Yes, it is windy, but I think that is part of what made it so romantic and special feeling. Who doesn't want to cuddle with the wind howling after a long day of hiking & exploring?

Food was great and stores less than 5 minutes away in Migdal Shams. Breakfast by the hosts was delightful and had a really nice sampling of local cheeses, tapanades and confitures - LOVED it and wondered from where did they get such fresh bread? We purchased a wonderful piece of filet from Migdal Shams and made a nice BBQ at the cabin (Diego can tell you where the butcher is located and show you the BBQ). And you should also go to the sweet shop in Migdal for some of the best Arab desserts I have ever had. If you've never had knafe, get this one! We also used the gardens next to the cabin, grilling with the rosemary from next to the cabin and making some nice mint tea. OK, and I admit, I snacked on some raspberries and currants too:) Wine tasting at HaOdem was a great side trip as well as the crater.

Overall: Highly recommend this place!!! While we went for a romantic weekend, I think it would also be great for a couple with kids or a larger group.

We have stayed at Rom1125 many times. We keep coming back for the beautiful accommodation, personal service and attention to detail. Our cabin overlooked Nimrod's castle and had a spectacular view over the Hula valley. The owners are lovely and always look after us. Every morning we were greeted with a beautiful home made breakfast delivered straight to our door. The room comes stocked at no extra cost with delicious home baked cookies, wine, liquor, a coffee machine, cereals, nuts etc..The owner Diego is a well regarded artist and you can visit his gallery at the village. There is also a great restaurant a few steps away (witches brew) where you can enjoy delicious stews. In conclusion you will love staying at Rom1125 and I highly recommend it.

Ah....We turned up at Rom 1125 after an afternoon drive from Jerusalem, not really knowing where we were or where we would stay. We stumbled across the proprietor, Diego, whose mellow demeanour was exactly what we needed after the religious fervour of the holy city.

We stayed in a two-level chalet perched atop Nimrod and overlooking the valley towards the Lebanese border. The wind (you'll notice that right away) is refreshing and hopelessly romantic, bringing with it a night-time mist that envelops the chalet in a thick, blustering cloud.

Rom 1125 has an unmistakable homeliness. It won't be long before you are sampling the spectacular bottle of complementary wine and biscotti. As for the jacuzzi and bed - either come without kids or suggest they go for a long walk.

The restaurant - The Witches Cauldron & The Milkman - is divine. Working through the menu would take a week. Sumptuous, unique, inviting. You couldn't ask for more.

If you like your accommodation woody, your wine delectable, your jacuzzi's (ahem) and your hosts easy-going, you could do worse than stay at Rom 1125.
