Payed £10.50 each to get in and only saw otters and foxes, the rest of the inclosures were empty. Have to say I was extremely disappointed!

What a great place to visit - when we were there they had found a new born fox which they were rearing. We got to see the baby close and up and learn lots about foxes. The Scottish highland cat was amazing and so were the birds, squirells in fact it was all fabulous. Go there yourself its a great day out for all ages it's important to support our wildlife.

A great day. Reasonably priced, very informative, lots to see and do. The place is not enormous, but is stuffed with all sorts of wildlife. Keeper talks every 30 minutes, usually accompanied by feeding time, means that even the shy residents come out to be admired. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. The owl flying display and red squirrel enclosure were my highlights, although others rated the otters, red deer and scottish wildcats with equal enthusiasm. I took a friend from Nepal, who lives amongst elephants and tigers...and he had a great time. Keen photographers will have no shortage of subjects!

Not a huge place but very pleasant ,one of my favourite places to visit. The animals seem very well looked after and its a good education and photographic opportunity to see animals many of us don't usually see . Love the rodent barn , rats running around in the tubes is my favourite bit!
