Very "classic" menu with large portions, interior seems to be ready made up for functions and weddings, with drapes and decor, so not really the vibe you want for a relaxing lunch. Wines are good.

At the Guinea Fowl restaurant you can enjoy delicious food, great service and stunning views right across False bay to Table Mountain another mini Cape Town natural wonder of the world.
This restaurant is quality in all aspects.

Their home grown cultivates are of exceptional quality, while the cuisine is an absolute mouth watering experience... especially when seated outside on a perfect day or evening where the sunset views are so beholding while the inside interior and decor are a feast for the eyes...

The knowledgeable & friendly management and staff are an added value to this picturesque venue, which I will show off and recommend to any tourist visiting the beautiful Cape Town. Well worth a visit for our locals too..:) A wonderful evening enjoyed amongst tourist guides, colleagues & friends

I used this venue a number of years back for a function. People were able to taste the wine and the. Stumble in to the venue! Flutes of champagne and juice awaiting the guests. Every canapé, pipes savoury and sweet thing arrived with unobtrusive waiters offering courteously. I went back again for a sit down meal and was most impressed by the exquisitely cooked food. The chef is renown for venison and cured hams. As for the deserts - delectable!! I would return just for the increasing le beautiful green setting which is peaceful and serene. A very upmarket establishment to take clients for lunch or for special wining and romancing. What a magnificent venue
