The villa and pool were lovely. No air conditioning, which bothered some, but I prefer to acclimate and live with the environment you're in. Staff very helpful. They brought breakfast each day, which was taken in the pavilion by the pool, and carried our luggage up the 108 stairs to the level of the village when we arrived. I enjoyed the village life very much. When I didn't want to use the stairs to get down to Ubud, we walked a little way, using the Bintang Market path. The house had very comfortable seating areas indoors and out, sufficient fans all over and beautiful main floor shower with the typical indoor/outdoor features of a Balinese bathroom. I would definitely stay there again. Quiet, relaxing, beautiful.
