We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with private pool- we are a total of 5 adults and 1 child- we really enjoyed our stay there and will surely coming back.

The staff are very kind, helpful and considerate. The food is also fresh and tasty. The massages are very relaxing. All of us had the 90 minute deep tissue massage except for my son- and believe me it's worth every penny.

I would just suggest you to bring a lot of insect repellant as the villa is surrounded my rice paddies and it was raining when we went there. We had our daily activities around Ubud and the location of the villa is just perfect- there are stores near the villa- around 10-20 minutes are the supermarkets and a medical centre. The villa is also near the tourist attractions and some 5 star luxury villas like the Hanging Gardens, Chapung Sabali and the Four Seasons Hotel. We visited Chapung Sabali once for lunch and the luxury resort is also very stunning. But to me- what the Ubud Heaven Sayan is more than what we needed- i just love love their service!!!

I was told the the villa is around 2 years old that is why it looks so great and the rooms are in perfect shape!!!

Four of us were staying in Ubud for 10 days so we opted for a 2 villa suite with pool at Ubud Heaven Sayan. We loved it! Complimentary breakfast was great, staff was friendly and location in the rice fields was perfect. We had fun exploring all the paths out of the back of the property and into the village of Penestanan. We will definitely tell friends!

My wife and I have just returned from 15 amazing days in Bali, and for the most part, we had an amazing time going to great sites, eating incredible food, relaxing and enjoying ourselves.

For the last eight days of our trip, we stayed at the Ubud Heaven Sayan, which is a very lovely property. Our villa was beautiful and private, and the staff was wonderful..except for one person- the property manager. On our 2nd day, the manager, whose name is Solin, welcomed us as we had breakfast and asked where we were from. As we finished breakfast, my wife started looking around and he approached me and said, "If you want any SPECIAL massages I can tell you where to go." I told him I am happly married and don't need that type of service and walked away. I felt his comment was totally inappropriate and double checked later to make sure he is, in fact, the resort manager and he is. Later, I noticed my wife looking disgusted each time he was around and always wanting to go when he showed up somewhere. When I asked her about it, she just said, I don't like that guy and I told her I felt the same way.

On our last day in Bali, my wife told me why she felft uncomfortable when the Ubud Heaven Sayen manager was around. One morning after breakfast, she went to the restroom and the manager approched her, looked at her from head to toe and said, "your body reminds me of my ex-girlfriend who was Japanese." My wife was shocked and from that point on, she didn't feel safe and wouldn't go anywhere without me. She told me in our last few hours about the incident because she didn't want to ruin our vacation.

The Sayan is a decent property, but the manager is horrible. I regret not taking a picture of the manager to add to this review. The rest of the staff were wonderful and went out of their way to be professional and give great service, but the manager is a different story.

Other things you should know about the property is there are rice fields all around the property and the sound of the frogs and ducks at night may keep you up at night. Also, the property does not have any first-aid equpment should injure yourself. The other annoying thing is that the Wi-fi isn't good there. You can find great wi-fi service in almost every spot you so, but at the Heaven Sayan, you wil have to re-enter the hotel password every 10-15 minutes.
