We spent 3 nights in this hotel which was a 30 minutes drive along a winding road from the main road. The room is very modern (albeit a bit small) and the view from the bath tub is quite nice. At 600+ metres above sea level, the location gets quite humid at night. The worst thing about this hotel is that your dining options are very limited, either eat at the hotel which has a set menu at night or drive to town which doesn't have many choices either. There is also no room service. However, the breakfast buffet is quite good. This hotel is best for those after relaxation but not suitable for those who will be engaging in activities (such as paragilding) which have early departures from the west coast of Reunion as the drive to the west coast takes 2+ hours.
