“What A Welcome!”

Staying here was more like staying with friends than "at a B&B". Rosemary and Phil were excellent hosts during our two night stay while walking the Rob Roy Way. Their "taxi" service was excellent. Due to various reasons our needs kept changing and they just accepted it all!
We considered ourselves very lucky to have been able to stay here.

I stayed at Rose-Mary and Phil when I was walking the Rob Roy Way. The place is fantastic. Brilliant cottage, excellent welcome, exquisite decor, and a stunning view on Ben Lawers and shiehallion from my window. The food was excellent too. I was too tired to go to Kenmore for dinner when I arrived even though Rose-Mary suggested to drop me there. She kindly gave me extra cakes as snacks in the room instead. The following morning breakfast was amazing relying on local produces. Don't be put off because the room is very cheap, the level of quality of the B&B is way above what Rose-Mary charge for it. If there is a place you have to stop by when Walking the Rob Roy Way this is it. I would actually make a detour just for it. Will probably be back if I have the occasion!

We stayed here when walking Rob Roy Way and this was the best B&B we stayed in. Rosemary gave us a very warm and friendly welcome with lovely scones and home baking. The breakfast was 5 star especially the red fruit salad. The views from our spacious and spotlessly clean room were magnificent. I have no hesitation in recommending this B&B as it will surpass any expectations. Thank you Rosemary you were a brilliant host & you have a wonderful home.

Absolutley fantastic, Stayed here when walking the ROB ROY WAY 19th April 2013. During walking various routes stayed in access of 50 B&Bs and this by far was the best.EVERYTHING was just perfect from our first "hellos" to our "farewells".
A great credit to Rosemary and Phil who were perfect hosts.
Spoil yourselves and stay here.

We had a wonderful experience staying with Rosemary and Phil. The rooms are great, the location is excellent, but what really makes this place special is the hospitality. We were treated as guests rather than customers, were served a wonderful afternoon tea and the best breakfast we had in the UK, all with fresh ingredients from the garden. A truly wonderful place.

We spent one very relaxed night at Ardtalnaig Lodge during the Rob Roy Way. Scones on arrival were perfect and accomodation was clean comfortable. No TV which is unusual but good. If you don't have a car remember to bring dinner or take advantage of the possible lift to the local town for dinner!
