Tuesday evening 9:30 pm. No little greeting salad, when asked why it was because they'd had "a big weekend" & hadden't been delivered.
On to the meal, the 2 men ordered the assiette texane, having already been to several Buffalo grills before they knew more or less what size meal to expect, they were served barely half the size they were used to. 2 chicken wings, half portion of chili… I orderd grilled ham, I wasn't offered any sauce to go with it, both the ham & fries were stone cold. The last member of our party ordered a some sort of steak with a jacket potato, the jacket was served whole, not even cut in half with no butter or cream & was also lukewarm.
I dread to think how the party that arrived at 10:15 pm. were going to be served. Another point, the restaurant was empty, I can understand that the waitress didn't want to run all over the place to serve, but did she really have to seat them at the next table, surely they could have been put a couple of tables further?
Definitly not the kind of service that you can expect from this type of chain of restaurants
