That was my second time of being there and again i had a good stay. I would say this is a hotel that although is not luxurious, every thing has a good standard and the quality and harmony is quite acceptable. I think there is a good mind behind every thing from design of rooms and lobby to the selection of stuffs and behaviour of staffs. The hotel is very close to shrine in a main street that i think never sleep. Just breakfast can be improved a little. The lunch was also good with good variety. the coffee shop is excellent it has a very different design with good price and good service. all in all, what you recieve compared to what you pay is acceptable. That s all. Thanks

Room tip: higher floors toward south has good space outside the window

Most comfortable bed and room with all the usual perks of a good 4 star hotel; slippers, bathrobe, toiletries, so no complaints. Even when the toilet did appear to have a problem someone was dispatched immediately to fix it. Very friendly and attentive staff, to the point of having a special proper cup of real coffee produced at breakfast when it was noticed I'd brought my own up-market instant ! Now that's real attention ! Perfect location, walking distance from the Imam Reza Shrine and an underground carpark for one's guides car, so very convenient. All in all highly recommended & would stay there again if returning to Mashhad.
