We had a great stay at Azure. Zerrin and her husband were the best....a grand breakfast welcome on the terrace, was laid out for us since we arrived early. We were shown around by Zerrin who even gave her own car and driver to take us a around the area. Our cave rooms were very nicely laid out. Zeus the resident dog was a real favourite. A visit to this place is a must...the views are straight out of a starwar movie.

It was our first time travelling in that amazing country such as Cappadocia. Seeking accommodation either in Göreme and Ürgüp was indeed very annoying as almost all hotels depict apparently wonderful rooms, and many of them have excessive prices. But they are often pushed close to each other.

Finally, we have discovered “Azure Cave Suites” and we were really happy to find one room still free. The location is right at top of beautiful hill and you have a very exclusive oversight on valley below. Our expectation was completely satisfied. The staff was very attentive and professional and the owners were indeed very careful with us revealing a fine kindness. We stayed in a charming suite and we express our approval for the particular graceful as finishes were refined.

My wife and I believe that there no better place to stay. We want to thank one more time all of them.
We hope, God willing, to return soon in Cappadocia.

We had such a great experience from the beginning at Azure. We were greeted by Zerrin, the owners, who was incredible charming and she immediately treated us like old friends. She showed us around the property, we met her husband who was equally as welcoming and the surrounding sites while we waited for our room. The rooms were so well done it was hard to remember that we were in a cave. There is individual WiFi in each room and they serve a lovely breakfast on the terrace each morning. Zerrin assisted us in setting up a tour for us the next day, albeit very last minute on our part and they even loaned us their personal umbrella as we went walking in some looming weather. It is the perfect place to watch the balloons in the morning as they literally fly over Azure. We also fell in love with their hotel dog, Zeus, a sweet German Shepherd puppy. Overall, I cannot imagine a better experience in Cappadocia.

My wife & I had a brilliant stay here. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and lost luggage so were not in the best frame of mind but Zerrin & her team did a great job in cheering us up and getting us settled in. We stayed for 3 nights as part of 2 weeks of independent travel around Turkey and Azure exceeded all of our expectations. The suites are beautiful and blend perfectly with the history of the area. The breakfast was great with lots of locally-sourced options and the staff were always available if we needed anything and couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks guys we really loved our stay.

We stayed at Azure Cave Suites for 3 nights in May. It was an absolutely amazing experience and one that you should not miss in your visit to Cappadocia. The hotel is brand new and although not fully completed, all the facilities that you want in a modern hotel is available within the suite.

Breakfast on the terrace is amazing with a home cooked meal of eats and sausage, include all the locally sourced and made jams, cheese, spreads. Sunset on the terrace is even more amazing as you get an unobstructed view of the setting sun.

Zerrin is a great host and an awesome manager who is able to arrange your day tours and other actives for you.

A must visit, must stay location!

My boyfriend as I have had a great stay at the hotel. This is a relatively smaller hotel - hence more personalised service provided while we were there! The hotel owner was the loveliest person we've met, he arranged everything for us during our stay (e.g. dinner, quadbike ride, shuttle service to bus station) that we literally did not have to plan anything ourselves. We would like to thank him for everything he's done for us.

About the hotel itself, it was the best place to watch the sunset while having a sip of the apple tea. This hotel has the best location ever to watch the sunset and the hot air balloons. Will upload some photos later to share our experience. 100% recommending this hotel to everyone!!!

Wife and I stayed here for 2 nights during our wonderful almost 3 full days in Cappadocia. My god we both enjoyed this hotel so much we didn't want to leave.

The hotel arranged airport shuttle for us through a local company called Cappadocia Express, it was quite an experience coming in as there were some confusions between different drivers. After reading many scam stories such as people pretend to be the real driver to make a quick Lira, we called the hotel to clear up the confusion and to make sure we got into the right transport.

We were greeted by the friendly hotel owner and staffs the moment we arrived. The hotel was located on top of a hill overlooking the entire town of Çavuşin. From the terrance, you can watch the beautiful sunset and see Göreme and Uçhisar in a distance, you can also see the Rose Valley behind you, the Love Valley in front, and the Red Valley in the South. During the hot air balloon time, you also has a panoramic view of at least 10-15 balloons going up in the air.

We were given a room right next to the reception, we were worried at first that it would be noisy, but we were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was and we were not disturbed at all except for the unavoidable 5am morning call to prayer from the near by mosque. The king sized bed were comfortable, the Jacuzzi tub gave us a couple relaxing and romantic evening in the cave, and the WiFi was perfect.

Sleeping in the cave was lovely, it was one of our favorite and memorial experience traveling around the world. Before booking Azure, I did an extensive research on all the caves around all the towns, and were disappointed by most of them since they all had an old and tiring feeling in decorations and furnitures. Being a designer myself, I refuse to stay anywhere where design is not emphasized. I booked Azure because it is the only one that showed an eye in interior design that has the perfect feeling of vintage but modern. We were not disappointed when we saw what it had to offer in person.

The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, don't miss their Turkish scramble eggs. Which from what I can taste it's made with a mixture of scramble eggs, chicken broth, tomato paste and shredded green pepper in a cast iron baked in the oven. The hotel also has complimentary snacks and drinks through out the day.

From the hotel we "walked" back and forth between Göreme daily, It's less than 2 miles, we gotta burn off all the calories somehow~ The bus system is not as horrific and confusing as everyone said. We didn't take a tour at all in Cappadocia, because we didn't want to be stuck in a group of people with cameras and forced to see the same underground cities, the same phallic looking valleys, the same pottery makings. So we hand picked what we wanted to see and did it ourselves. And the hotel's location was perfect for just that.

Day 1 after we checked in, We spent the rest of the half day walked from the hotel to the Göreme Open Air Museum then walked to the town of Göreme for dinner and explored the small town along with a small hike up to their panoramic view point and walked back just in time for the gorgeous sunset at the hotel terrence.

Day 2 we walked to Göreme and took a bus to the town of Nevşehir for lunch and bought some hiking snacks at their supermarket then took another bus down to the underground city of Kaymaklı. After that we took a bus back to the town of Uçhisar and hiked the Love Valley all the way back to the hotel and in time for some simple kiymali pide for dinner.

Day 3 we hiked through the Rose Valley 1 and 2 which is right behind the hotel that connected to the Rose Valley 3 and looped back around the Red Valley and had dinner in Göreme and walked back to the hotel for our transport back to Kayseri Erkilet Airport that concluded our Cappadocia trip.

We would highly recommend this cave hotel as a base to anyone that wants to explore Cappadocia. It was so fantastic that we didn't want to leave.
