In the remote town of Ormana we were hoping for a good little local restaurant. We found an excellent establishment that will help turn the town into more of a destination.
The restaurant is in the middle of town and is tastefully decorated in a mix of old Ottoman hill country with tasteful and clean modern touches.
A tour group had come in just before us but the proprietor payed attention to us until we could be seated.
The food was savoury and outstanding. The mezes (pictured) were a great mix. And the meat and cheese pizzas from the stone oven were amazing.
The trip to get their is beautiful and the restaurant is the perfect compliment to the trip.
