Excellent villa, perfect surroundings, beautiful view, peace and tranquillity. Pool lovely, accommodation comfortable and all the extras (like beach towels) provided. Owners very helpful and accommodating. Unspoilt small local village 3 kms away, need a car really. Only one concern the outer surroundings of the swimming pool gets incredibly slippery when wet

We absolutely loved staying here.Right from the time of booking Keith and Lorraine were fantastic at communicating and answering any questions. We met them for a drink at Cadianda Restaurant and they kindly showed us the way to the villa.
The villa is just gorgeous.Tastefully decorated, with air con, a washing machine and the awesome fridge freezer.Lorraine kindly left us a comfort pack for our first day.
It is situated 5 mins from Uzmulu which is a lovely little town, with some nice bars and restaurants and a sweet little gift shop and a good super market (both near Eddy's Place ).
Kadyanda is also nearby for some culture.Fethiye town is 25 mins away as are some beaches.
Keith and Lorraine were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble.Little touches like the beach towels are so helpful and save weight in your cases.
We would definitely recommend staying here and have been telling all our friends about it as it's also excellent value for money. Thanks so much Keith and Lorraine.hope to see you again soon

“Peaceful retreat”
Reviewed October 14, 2016 for a stay in October 2016

The villa is well equipped throughout and has a great addition of an American fridge which has filtered water and ice on tap. When we arrived there was a very comprehensive welcome pack which was great after the trip. We were supplied with both bathroom and beach towels, saving a lot of weigh when packing our suitcases for the journey. The pool was cleaned daily and the view from the breakfast table outside was beautiful, overlooking fields and looking up to green hills. The walk to the village was a bit of a trek as the weather was still hot during the day, so we hired a car after a couple of days there. Lorraine and Keith are lovely people who made us feel like friends and helped us with ideas of where to visit and places to eat. To have people who live in the same village and can give advice is a big additional bonus when you are not familiar with the area. We both had a wonderful time.

“Exactly what we wanted”
Reviewed August 7, 2016 for a stay in July 2016

It was the 4th time travelling to the region having previously stayed further up in the mountains, however we were not disappointed. The villa has panoramic views that are hypnotising. The pool is in full sun all day although we didn't stay in much preferring to visit the beaches. Keith and Lorraine could not have been more helpful and had great suggestions that included local restaurants, beaches visited by turtles and rarely tourists and a fantastic place called Yeshilvardi (my spelling is probably wrong) that serves freshly caught mackerel in surroundings that have to be seen to be believed. The villa is comfortable with everything you could need while away, Lorraine even supplied beach towels. There was one neighbour who was friendly and happy to chat but this was not intrusive and we did swap emails. We will definitely be going back.

“An excellent villa in a beautiful location with very helpful owners”

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks in August and it was just perfect. From the time I booked the villa, Lorraine (the owner) was very quick in replying to any questions I asked. Since we arrived at the villa in the early hours of the morning, we were very grateful that Lorraine had arranged the transfers from the airport for us and the people they use are lovely – on our way to the villa, the driver stopped and bought water and ice-cream for my husband, my son and me.
My son had an operation a short while before the holiday and Lorraine and Keith couldn’t have been more helpful with advising us about nearby hospitals and the local doctor. As previously mentioned, they also leave a Turkish mobile phone in the villa so it is easy to contact them. Lorraine also brought over a selection of dvds which my son enjoyed whilst he was less mobile.
The villa is on the less populated side of Yesiluzumlu and is surrounded by mountains so the view is amazing. We’re missing eating our breakfast out on the terrace whilst enjoying the beautiful view of the fields and mountains. As a previous reviewer stated, the villa is in a very peaceful location, with just the sounds of the local wildlife for most of the time. During our first week we didn’t hire a car but it didn’t matter since the villa is very well equipped and has a good pool. Perhaps we don’t walk as fast as some, as it took us 20 – 25 minutes to walk to the heart of the village. However, as there are cafes/restaurants with extremely reasonable prices for meals (Eddy’s for breakfast/lunch and Cadianda for dinner being our favourites) the exercise did us good! The people in the village are very friendly – we wondered if we had enough cash left to buy much in one of the mini-markets, but the owner said it was no problem, we could pay him the next time if we didn’t (we had shopped there a couple of times before but fortunately we had enough money). If you do need more cash, there is an ATM in the village.
What we really loved about this villa was that it was far enough away from the busy resorts and crowds, but close enough to visit all of them if we wanted. There is a car hire place in the village run by Ahmet and we hired a car at a very reasonable price for the second week. We went for the cheapest compact car and were pleasantly surprised by its quality. Since the villa is a little bit of a walk from the village, Ahmet also delivered the car to the door. Lorraine and Keith suggested some places to visit and drew a map for us. If you like to visit places that are not necessarily frequented by Brits, then Yesil Vadi (river and rustic restaurant) and Katranci beach are definitely worth a visit.
We had such a relaxing holiday and would definitely book with Lorraine again – Yesiluzumlu is a beautiful place.
